  Beauty Point is a upscale community in Mosman, Australia. It's located just outside of Sydney. It's also home to six homes owned by a mysterious 32-year old billionaire known as Zhang Bo and an earlier Daily Mail report says that the billionaire almost never has time in one of the homes rather than keeping them vacant throughout the year, as per the neighbors.Zhang bought six homes over the last two and a half years beginning in June of 2017 when he purchased the first for $6.2 million. The most recent purchase came on the 21st October of the year. He paid a little over $3 million for his most recent acquisition in the area. Altogether he's spent some $37 million on these properties, but no one is able to pinpoint the reason the properties have been mostly empty since he purchased them.No one knows why Zhang has bought the properties all in one location However, one thing that is known about Zhang is that he immigrated to Australia from China's Guangdong Province, and now is a citizen of Australian citizenship. But where he is spending the bulk of his time is believed to be in the dark,
