According to court papers from the Florida 14th Judicial Circuit. Wambles was found not guilty of one count of accessory after-the fact to second-degree murder using firearm. She is also charged with Jeremie Peters and William Parker. Guillen's girlfriend Rosa Ambriz had called the Jackson County Sheriff's Office to declare that she believed Guillen was murdered.
