Rihanna

 Robyn Rihanna (/ri’aen@/ (listen), ree–AN--@; born February 20, 1989) is a Barbadian singer, actress, and businesswoman. Rihanna was born in Saint Michael, Barbados and raised there. She auditioned for Evan Rogers, an American record producer, who invited her to the United States to record demo tapes. After signing with Def Jam in 2005, she quickly became famous through the release of her debut two studio albums, Music of the Sun (2005) and A Girl Like Me (2006) Both of them were inspired by Caribbean music and climbed into the top ten on the US Billboard 200 chart.Rihanna's third album, Good Girl Gone Bad (2007), incorporated elements of dance-pop, and confirmed her position as a sexual image in the music industry. Rihanna's first Grammy Award was won for her chart-topping hit song "Umbrella", which catapulted Rihanna to global fame. She continued to mix dance, pop and R&B genres on her next studio albums, Rated R (2009), Loud (2010) Talk That Talk (2011), and Unapologetic (2012) which was the last of which became her first Billboard 200 number one.
