Matthew

Alex Trebek continues to be an honest and decent person long after his death. The former "Jeopardy!" host's outfit is being donated by the Trebek family as well as "Jeopardy!" To the Doe Fund. The Doe Fund provides social services that include housing vocational training, ongoing education, housing, and paid employment to Americans who have been prison or have been addicted. 14 suits, 58 dress shirts, 300 ties, and other clothes were donated at the suggestion of Trebek's son Matthew. The clothing will be given to men in need for job interviews through The Doe Fund's "Ready Willing and Able" program. The new complex of 50,000 square feet is for elderly people living in poverty within the San Fernando Valley. This wasn't just a one-time gift from Trebek. He's been contributing financial support to Hope of the Valley for years. He gave $100,000 to the organization Hope of the Valley in the month of March in 2020. This will be used for a North Hollywood complex. When the facility is finished, it will be home to the "Alex and Jean Trebek Multi-Purpose Room." It will also include 80 beds, bathrooms and laundry rooms.
