Graham McTavish (born 4 January 1961) is an Scottish actor and author. His roles include Dwalin in The Hobbit movie trilogy, Vlad Dracula Tepes, Loki, in several Marvel animated projects, William Munny and the Saint of Killers, in the AMC series Preacher and Dougal MacKenzie as well in his roles as William Buccleigh MacKenzie and William Buccleigh MacKenzie as part of Starz's Outlander series. He is also well-known for his roles as Dwalin in Uncharted 2 and 3: In the Company of Thieves the main antagonist Zoran Lazarevic. The actor was also the creator of Clanlands: Whisky, Warfare and A Scottish Adventure Like No Other, which reached No. 1 in the year 2020. McTavish was a comedy writer and performer in his the school. His teacher in drama had him take over the role of Sheridan's The Rivals when the principal actor fell ill. McTavish went on to study at Queen Mary University of London and graduated with an undergraduate degree in English literature.
