In the summer of 2018 medical TV personality Dr. Oz made headlines for the purchase of a huge mansion in Palm Beach, Florida. He spent $18 million on the mansion and it's still an interest to luxury real estate enthusiasts. The Oz mansion is over a century to 1919, and in that time it's retained its name Louwana and was registered as a landmark.The Palm Beach Daily News announced in the year 1919 that the 12,483 square-foot, 11-bedroom mansion is located about a quarter mile from the region's Palm Beach Country Club. The mansion is described in the official marketing materials by Sotheby's International Realty:"Quite perhaps the most romantic seafront mansion in Palm Beach today, held by the same family since it's design by Addison Mizner in 1919.
