Usain Bolt

Usain Bolt is a Jamaican sprinter who has an estimated worth of $90 million. At his peak, Usain Bolt was the fastest person on earth and was among the most well-paid athletes on the planet, especially during Olympics times. In the years before the Olympics Usain was paid between $20-30 million and more every year. He is, by far, the highest-paid track and field athlete ever. It is likely that the major portion of his earnings came from endorsements rather than on-track competition prizes. His largest earnings came from the German shoe maker Puma which gave Usain an annual sum of $9 million to wear Puma's shoes at all times at all times, both at and off the track. Usain brought home additional millions through deals with Visa, Nissan and Gatorade. Bolt's autobiography is a bestseller and a bestseller, was released in 2010 by Harper Collins. The advance included a multi-million-dollar increase. Usain also receives appearance fees that range from $250,000 to as high as $500,000 to compete at events in track and field across the world. Usain has earned eight gold medals during his Olympic career. He holds numerous world records in the 100-meter race, which includes (9.58 secs) and the 200 meters (19.19).
