Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt has an estimated net worth of $90 million. Usain Bolt, at his best was the fastest person on earth , and also one of the highest-paid athletes in particular during the Olympics. In the years prior to the Olympics, Usain earned between $20 to $30 million per year. He is, by far the highest-paid track and field player ever. You can imagine that the vast majority of his earnings were from endorsements, not prize money for competitions on the track. Puma was an German shoe maker, paid Usain $9 million annually for the privilege of wearing their footwear on and off the track. Usain earned additional million through deals with Visa, Nissan and Gatorade. Bolt's autobiography, which is a best-selling book is published in 2010 by Harper Collins. The advance included a multi-million-dollar advance. Usain is also eligible for appearance fees of up $500,000 to compete in track and field events around the globe. In his Olympic career Usain won eight gold medals. He holds numerous world records, including the 100-meter (9.58 secs) and the 200 meters (19.19).
