Tran Jeong, a Vietnamese-American family doctor, is married to Ken Jeong. She is married to Ken Jeong, an actor who is most well-known for portraying Ben Chang in Community and Leslie Chow in The Hangover. Tran's parents were of Vietnamese origin but she was raised in the United States. She graduated from UCLA's David Geffen School of Medicine, and has worked as a family physician for more than two years. While working at Kaiser Permanente West California in 2002 she met Ken. They dated for two years before being married in the year 2004. Tran as well as her husband share twin girls, Zooey and Alexa. In 2008, just a year following the birth of their kids, Tran was diagnosed with breast cancer. Then, she underwent 16 chemotherapy sessions as well as a mastectomy. Then she was treated with radiation. Her husband took care of her through the entire ordeal. Her doctors informed her in October 2010 that she was not suffering from cancer. Tran Jeong along with her family and an Woodland Hills, California-based physician, currently reside in Los Angeles.
