Rita Sahatciu Ora (born Rita Sahatciu; 26 November 1990) is a British singer and songwriter. In February 2012, she was the featured performer on DJ Fresh's "Hot Right Now" single. It reached the top spot in the UK. Ora her debut studio album, released August 2012. It was released at number one in the United Kingdom. The album contained the UK top-ranked singles "R.I.P." as well as "How We Do (Party)". Ora was the artist who had the highest number-one songs on the UK Singles Chart in 2012, with three singles reaching the top position.Born in Pristina the capital of today's Kosovo, Ora was named an Honorary Ambassador of Kosovo in the year 2015. Ora's sophomore studio album, Phoenix, was released in November of 2018. "Your Song,"" Ora's lead single was a hit in the UK top ten. The following singles "Anywhere" (and "Let You Love Me") were in the top five. Ora was the first British solo female artist to be in the top ten in the UK charts with "Let You Love Me".
