Abdullah Hanif (born 17 September 1982) is a former international cricketer who played for the United Arab Emirates national team in the 2004 ICC Intercontinental Cup. He was an all-rounder, batting left-handed and bowling with his right arm medium pace.Hanif played for the UAE under-19s at the 2001 Youth Asia Cup in Nepal. He was vice-captain for Mohammad Usman. Hanif was chosen to play for the UAE senior team in the match against Nepal in the month of March 2004. This was the first-ever one-class match. The game was played at the Sharjah Cricket Association Stadium Hanif was the third batsman in each innings, scoring 12 runs in the first innings and nine in the second. He was also the first-change bowler in Nepal's opening innings, behind Asim Saeed and Ali Asad, but was only utilized to score two runs. In 2013, he won Ekushey Padak and in 1987 In 1987, he won the Bangla Academy Literary Award.
